Golf doesn't need to be an expensive sport. The professionals only use the best equipment but what about your weekend duffer? Should a duffer who only plays once a month still be expected to spend thousands on a brand new set of clubs?
Buy Cheap Irons has set out to save your everyday, average golfer money so they can afford more important things, like swing lessons. More than half the players who step out onto the course every weekend can hardly break 90 and a large majority of those players are probably carrying brand new clubs!
If most people out on the course with new clubs can't break 90, and my old Uncle Albert can shoot low 80's with a set of clubs from 1991, what incentive is that for me to go spend a ton of money on new clubs?

When a new golfer contacts me with questions about what type of clubs to buy or what brands produce the most distance, I show them a picture of Old Uncle Albert (above) and tell them about his old, used clubs and show them his scorecards. Most players hardly benefit from buying new golf clubs but could benefit a great deal from buying a few swing lessons.
